Christmas is starting to look more like Groundhog Day. It never ends; we just enjoy wave after wave of visitors and round after round of gifts and meals.
The dogs have been slipped too many treats; the kids have gotten too many toys. Oh, and everyone is sick, of course. Pretty much a perfect Christmas, right?
Here’s the photo album; apologies to those of you who have already seen many of these on Instagram.
Daniel was the first one to arrive home and the first to leave. He departed early on the day after Christmas for a vacation to Costa Rica. Short visit home, but sweet.
Next to arrive were Taylor from NYC and Gail from Missoula.
Tina and family joined us on Christmas Eve Day.
Christmas Day was the usual festival of shredding followed by the sheer panic of trying to get that 30-lb turkey and trimmings on the table for dinner. It wasn’t pretty, but no one starved.
Teri and Billy stopped by to see us yesterday morning during their whirlwind trip to California.
Angie and her boys joined us yesterday afternoon.
And it’s not over yet. A new day and a new reason to celebrate the season:
The CE and I are so grateful to all who made the trek to be with us and make 2013 our most memorable Christmas yet.
Hope your holiday has been as merry and bright as ours!
