Catching Up.

We’ve been told that Thanksgiving is the single busiest time of year in New York City, which must be true, since computer traffic has been so heavy I’ve  been unable to upload any of our pictures. Working forward, here are a few from Tuesday night, when we caught up with our peripatetic (I’ve always wanted to use that word in a sentence) traveler friend Alexandra before she headed to Florida for the holiday:

Alexandra and the Princes of Poultry at Artisanal Cafe in NYC

On Wednesday, we attended an event at Thomas’ school, where the families donate food and the pre-school through 8th grade children form a chain to pass the items up the street to the affiliated church for holiday distribution:

First they blessed the food and the families

Thomas did his part:

Lots of fun for a good cause

Then we ventured over to the apartment to let “ownership” sink in a bit:

View from our apartment - we get to see the seasons change!

And we ventured up to the roof of the building, where you can see forever:

Our teeny tiny dining room table- chances are we will NOT be having you over for dinner!

Next post – Thanksgiving Day!
