Light Brahma

 

We may get a Light Brahma. Brahmas were introduced in China in the mid 19th century, thus, they are an Asiatic breed. A standard size Brahma can weigh 9 lbs. They also come in bantam size, but with bantams, you don’t know if you’re getting a hen or a rooster. And we can’t have a rooster!!! They lay brown eggs. They’re mostly gentle, tame and quiet. The Brahma hen is on the right in the picture.
