Christmas Wrap-Up, Part II: Graham Cracker Houses
January 13, 2013 at 11:30 am
While the rest of you were out shopping the sales on December 26, we were setting up for our longtime annual tradition of graham cracker-house building. This year’s gathering was one of our best-attended ever.
Lots of candy, graham crackers and frosting for everyone!
Long-time friends Michelle and Gail joined Daniel and Chris to make a house together
John Allen stopped by – he and Taylor go way back to a first-grade basketball team with the CE as coach.
Aleks, Alix and Andre were in town
Last time we saw Andre he was just a little guy!
Alexandra brought Claire and Sammy
The house that Claire built – I love the Shredded Wheat thatched roof.
Pamela and Annie
Lauren and her friends made a beautiful house!
Lauren’s fairy-tale cottage
Guess who got her own chair
Aunt Gail hung out with the New Yorkers
They built an entire city block including the Trump building with a pretzel T on top and a shimmering glitter Central Park .
Gail and Taylor – she decided he was no longer contagious
Chadd with his house – I wonder how much of it he ate when he got home
You might think this was the end of our Christmas, but think again – more to come!
How come no one built a graham cracker chicken coop?
